By listing, you confirm you own the item, that it is authentic and clean, and that your photos and description are honest. You set the daily price, optional weekly price, minimum days, deposit, late fee (up to 1.5× daily rate), cleaning fee (up to $60), and the map area you serve.
Payouts. You earn the rental price plus cleaning fee minus the lender commission (shown in your dashboard), and 100% of any late fees or damage charges collected on your behalf. Payouts are released when the rental closes, via your connected Stripe Express account; the Platform never touches your bank details.
Your protection. The borrower signs a legally binding agreement accepting responsibility for your item, authorizes charges for late/loss/damage, and either leaves a deposit hold or buys Damage Protection. You are not liable for the borrower's use of the item. Report problems within 48 hours of return with photos.
Taxes. You are responsible for income tax on your earnings. We issue Form 1099-K when IRS thresholds are met and collect sales tax where required.
