Account details (name, email, phone, city), your size profile, the listing photos and descriptions you upload, your service-area map, messages with other members, rental history, device/usage logs, and payment identifiers from Stripe (we never store full card or bank numbers).
To run the marketplace (matching sizes and locations, processing payments and deposits, enforcing agreements), to keep members safe (verification, fraud and dispute review), to improve the product, and for marketing you can opt out of.
When you use AI features, the photo or text you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate descriptions, detect garments or interpret your search. We only send what you choose; we do not access your camera roll beyond the photos you select. Garment crops that remove your face are generated on your device.
With the other party to your rental (name, handle, photos, approximate location, messages); with processors (Stripe, Anthropic, Resend, hosting); with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Access, correct, delete or export your data, and opt out of marketing, from Settings or by emailing us. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, correct and limit; we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
We keep transaction records and signed agreements for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes; other data is deleted within 90 days of account closure. Passwords are hashed; traffic is encrypted; secrets are stored outside the web root.
